Expressive West Loop Residence

Our clients — a couple and their Italian greyhound — purchased a home in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood with beautiful developer finishes, but it didn't feel like them yet. They wanted a home full of joy and personality, grounded in calm — a place to host friends over cocktails, retreat after a long day, and use every single room, every single day.

Personal, intentional, and layered with meaning in every detail. Calming neutrals as the foundation — grass-cloth walls, bouclé seating, linen drapery — with green velvet, Blue Fusion quartzite, Calacatta Viola marble, and handmade herringbone tile bringing color and depth throughout. Client’s existing art and newly curated pieces chosen on instinct sit alongside custom wallpaper and custom metalwork. A home that speaks for them through its textures, colors, and art.
