Our client loves the vibrant life of city living — the energy, the walkability, everything right outside her door. But after a long day, she wanted her industrial loft to feel less like raw edges and more like a chic, sophisticated cocoon. Our challenge was adding warmth and softness without losing the strength of the architecture that she fell in love with.

A fresh, neutral base layered with texture — luxe linen drapery, textured plaster, silk wallpapers and commissioned artwork — softens every room without upstaging the architecture. Rich wine colors play off the exposed brick, contrasted with brilliant whites and metals threaded through timber, brickwork, and ductwork. Industrial at its core, sophisticated in every layer.
