Expressive West Loop Residence

This duplex in Chicago's West Loop is home to a couple and their Italian greyhound. Newly built, it was a blank canvas just waiting for their touch. They wanted it full of joy and personality, grounded in calm — a place to host friends over cocktails  and retreat after a long day.

Calming neutrals lay the foundation with grass-cloth walls and  linen drapery — while rich hues captured in textiles and stone bring color and depth throughout. Custom wallpaper and light fixtures make the rooms feel singular, and their art — some collected over years, some newly found — is where their personality shines.

Personal, intentional, and layered with meaning in every detail.
